If so, you may be the Marketing Coordinator we’re looking for to join our team as the Marketing Department continues to grow! We are seeking a strong coordinator in Los Angeles who will help develop content, manage our busy events schedule, and continually build and reinforce the brand. This is a position that grow along with the department and the company.
Develop marketing content that reinforces the brand as well as profiles of our executive team. Includes blog postings, editorial placements, press release creation, social media development, website updates and other needs as they arise
Plan, execute, and manage marketing events across all company markets. Includes - but is not limited to - panel events, webinars, entrepreneur-focused presentations, investor-focused events, and conferences
Build, manage, and refine various email marketing campaigns and contact lists
Apply current SEO strategies to drive traffic and leads to company website
Track, apply for and manage all potential company rewards
Report clearly on all marketing activities in regards to overall department and/or company goals
Day-to-day marketing activities on an as-needed basis
Degree in marketing or related field
3-5 years of marketing experience, B2B experience preferred
Experience managing events - including webinars, roundtables, panels, and conferences - from initial planning to post-event follow-up
Strong writing ability, and previous work with content development, including writing/editing blogs, developing/placing external editorial opportunities and writing press releases
Social media experience, particularly with third party social media platforms
Knowledge of current Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects against pressing deadlines, while keeping a cool demeanor
Outgoing personality and a passion for startups!
