Luis Arbulú is the founder of Xertica, a leading Latin America cloud service provider. He is the former Managing Director for Tech at Samsung Next Ventures, and early stage investment group at Samsung. Luis is also the founder and managing director of Hattery, an early stage VC and incubator in San Francisco that was recently acquired by Google. Hattery is focused on Impact investments globally. Louis previously held a number of roles ay Google and worked as a consultant at Booz Allen. He has invested $323 Million in venture capital in Silicon Valley & Latin America and exited over $800 Million in venture capital. Luis holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
