Newly formed leadership team positions EGFS for increased rapid expansion.
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) July 01, 2013
Early Growth Financial Services (EGFS), an accounting, finance, and tax consulting firm that provides on-demand outsourced services to companies at all stages of development, has just announced the promotions of three key team members to executive positions: Brian Young to CFO, Mike Hilberman to COO, and Glenn McCrae to Chief Strategy Officer. These new positions, together with David Ehrenberg, Founder and CEO of EGFS, comprise the formal leadership team at Early Growth, established to help create the velocity of expansion. In addition to their new roles, these three executives have also been made partners in the firm.
As CFO, Brian Young will manage all of the accounting and administration aspects of Early Growth’s growing business. Brian’s expertise includes applying financial and operational skills to guide organizations through rapid growth, turnaround, mergers and acquisitions, and start-up challenges. “I am pleased to take on this new role at EGFS,” said Brian. “As we continue to move into new markets and expand our service offerings, I look forward to helping to create and manage the infrastructure necessary to support and sustain this rapid growth.”
Mike Hilberman will be filling the role of COO, with a focus on expanding the national footprint of EGFS outside of California. Mike brings to EGFS over twenty years of executive leadership and consulting experience in assisting both large and small organizations through difficult realignments of their strategy, finances, and business processes. “Since it’s formation in 2008, EGFS has established a strong foothold in California with a current client base of 160+ mostly local clients,” said Mike. “As COO, I’ll be ramping up our expansion into new geographic markets and new business segments so that companies throughout the U.S. can benefit from our on-demand financial support services.”
As Chief Strategic Officer, Glenn McCrae will be handling strategic partnerships. Glenn’s expertise includes capital raising (from seed stage to IPO), strategic analysis of business opportunities, business development, developing plans for growth, and financial analysis. “As EGFS continues to expand our service offerings,” said Glenn. “I am excited to create and manage strategic partnerships with premier providers who will complement our brand and help us to provide our clients with a full suite of all the services they need.”
“I am thrilled to announce the formation of the Early Growth leadership team,” said David Ehrenberg, CEO of EGFS. “This kind of top-notch leadership is just what we need to support the rapid growth of our practice and to formalize our expansion process. We are creating real velocity in our expansion now, and this leadership team will support our momentum and drive us further forward. As EGFS continues to grow, we will add additional partners to support our development. For now, this top team provides a strong foundation on which we will continue to build.”
